I was genuinely surprised to learn that accessible parking is not free at this hotel. I was traveling for a week with my sister, who uses a wheelchair, and we stayed at five different hotels during that time. This was the only property that insisted on charging for accessible parking. What makes it even harder to understand is that parking was complimentary at hotels in places like Niagara Falls and even downtown Toronto—much busier and more in-demand areas than quiet Markham. My mother, my daughter and myself were in a suite room 404. We arrived on Wednesday, August 20. And we checked out on Saturday, August 23. At no point did we get housekeeping for three days no housekeeping. Also, upon checkout, we were charged $15 for parking, How do you charge your gas that are staying in your hotel for parking we never got a parking sticker. My car was just left there for three days. Chose this hotel as it has two bedroom room suite with kitchen which is great for families. Although hotel claims it was recently renovated, I think that only applies to the center - entryway, lobby, and public areas. The side of the building where the rooms are have not been renovated. You can see patch work on walls, old bulbs as compared to lobby area and worn carpets. The room we had was big and comfortable but we had two minor issues which I attribute to it being old room.
