Worst stay I’ve had with Sonesta. I booked three nights but left after one. The room had a strange odor, and when we opened the sofa bed, there was a large bed bug on the sheet. Under the sofa, we found used tissues, the towels looked dirty, and there were stains on the fridge. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, rubbing against the toilet. This room felt like it had been skipped during renovation. Refund for the remaining nights is still pending.

Although the hotel has been renovated they cheaperd out on the beds. My bed felt very used and I couldn’t sleep. I checked out at 3am because I couldn’t take it anymore. The person at the counter did not offer any resolution other than the manager will look into it. I spent in my truck before leaving. Will not book here again.

I would have liked to stay here, my daughter choose this location .. I am fleeing a domestic abuse situation and I desperately needed somewhere for my family to stay for the next 7 days I had my two pets with me at 10pm on a Friday night, I made the reservation, gave them my banking information and believe everything would be fine later that evening.
