Coming in to the hotel was a great experience. Front desk was very helpful was able to put my security deposit on my credit card for 150 but I would rather use my debit card, but it would’ve been an extra hundred dollars taken right out of my account which I thought was different but no big deal. Booked from Expedia and it did say parking available didn’t specify that there was a cost for parking but again not that big of a deal. Pool was OK. Sonesta ES suites toront.
We stayed here for a couple of weeks while our place was renovated. Excellent value for the price. We loved the 24/7 gym, the breakfast and laundry facilities. Coffee was very good for a breakfast buffet. We also loved the mattress in our suite. Best sleeps I've had in a hotel. We also appreciated the kitchen. Only drawback was the fridge was dated and very loud at times. Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially housekeeping, front desk and kitchen. Would highly recommend.
