One of the best hotel experiences ever. This was company housing and we stayed there for about 4 weeks. Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The man who made breakfast was also very friendly and made sure our needs were met. Best hotel breakfast ever by the way. 10/10 experience. Always had towels in the room after getting back from work. Would stay here again definitely.
I did experience some frustrations during my stay due to the elevator being out for an extended period of time, however I want to recognize Jennifer, the General Manager, for taking the time to personally follow up regarding my concerns. She was professional, responsive, and willing to listen, which I genuinely appreciated. Customer service and communication go a long way, and her effort to address the situation did not go unnoticed.
Everything was good, but we had to face some difficulties. The room was not properly cleaned, and there was animal fur on the bed. (Changed the room) The next day, the fire alarm suddenly started, and the water was cut off for 4 hours. The elevator and the room phone were not working.
