Our four night stay was great! From the minute we walked in the front desk agent, Mike Redonice, greeted us and welcomed us to Austin. He continued to share with us local sites and places to visit. The following night he had printed off a list of restaurants that came highly recommended. It was truly a great experience.
This is my second time staying at this hotel in both times I was assisted by Mike, He is phenomenal. His customer service is always great. He was very welcoming, friendly knowledgeable. After driving in from long hours, I truly appreciate someone like Mike being available to assist he always makes my check is easy and seamless. If you do see this mic, I think you so much.
I booked this hotel in Austin through Priceline for nearly $200, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The photos online looked much nicer than what I encountered in person. When I arrived, there was dog poop in the second-floor hallway, and when I mentioned it, the staff just shrugged it off with, “Sorry, we have dogs here.” On top of that, there was no air conditioning past the first floor, making the upper levels hot and uncomfortable.
