No complaints!! Even though the elevator was down when we were there it was still a great stay and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good.
Wifi is extremely slow. Not workable if you are going to be working here and staying for several days. I had to hotspot my mobile. See screenshot of their Wifi speed. Second screenshot is normal high speed values.
The beds are amazing. Breakfast was on point most days. Clean. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Location is close to a lot of stores. Stayed for 1 week and have no complaints about customer service or anything.
The man who works at front desk Brandon was on live on his TikTok and I found out when my husband checked in he said all my husbands info while on there! His TikTok name is travelbrandonn like why allow this kind of person to give out peoples info and allow this kind of information being given out , definitely not okay with this I will never allow my husband to come back to this hotel!
