First of all, the hallways on the first floor smells like cigarettes and dog urine. Second floor isn’t any better. We got 2 rooms and both rooms had to be switched due to the lack of cleanliness and one had no ac in a room that was stuck at 80 degrees. Very frustrating because we had a lot of stuff to move to a new rooms all while carrying a sleeping toddler. Location was fine. Rooms were very dirty: hair in the bathroom, grimy bathroom door, just nasty. We didn't order any specific service but breakfast was okay. However when checking out, I complained about the rooms being dirty and it didn't seem to matter but it's all good.

Staff was nice, but rooms are outdated and dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. The room still had someone else's underwear in the drawers, so housekeeping definitely isnt cleaning properly. Even after I cleaned the room myself and asked for new sheets, I still wasnt comfortable staying. Non-smoking hotel, but the halls smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wont stay again.
