What a find! Location is perfect for walking around the Coconut Grove area. The hotel is well maintained, luxurious, and clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Although Coconut Grove restaurants for breakfast are amazing, the $15 breakfast buffet in the hotel is exceptional. The highlight for us was the rooftop swimming pool and its magnificent views of the marina and harbor from the eighth floor. Note that the building houses both the Arya Hotel and condominiums. Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and larger than expected. The balcony with a bayview was so relaxing. Housekeeping was spotty. Ended up just asking for towels and extra coffee because no one showed up and it was after 6pm. We will be back.
