The receptionist was friendly and checked us in immediately, the rooms were nice with minor flaws (e.g discoloration on the dressers/scratches on tables). But regardless, the rooms were pretty and offered an AMAZING view! The location is amazing and the hotel is wheel chair accessible (although you have to ask the receptionist to open the wheelchair door at the lobby). Overall a nice stay.
Beautiful rooms, great ambiance. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tanning studio in coral gables. We visited a client who requested our spray tanning service and couldn't be happier with this hotel. Highly recommended!
George was amazing. Goes above & beyond very attentive and top notch service. Eager to please needs. The stay was lovely also Marina, Echrak and valet lady Cruz was great and it was an unforgettable stay.
