The front desk work station tells you all you need to know . Nails holding the laminate down cause the glue failed 15 years ago . Poor condition of the room we got looked like a handyman’s first job to try coving up issues . Room wasn’t clean to red roof inn standards . Lobby looked nice . No free parking for the hotel no parking isn’t covered in your 400 dollar room fee. Would never stay here again . Got a great hotel on a beach in the keys for less and it was spotless .
I had a very disappointing experience at the Arya Hotel and would not recommend staying here. First, I encountered multiple overcharges on my credit card that were never clearly explained or resolved in a timely manner. It created unnecessary stress during and after my stay. Housekeeping was also extremely inconsistent. There were nights where service was completely missed, and even when it was done, it felt rushed and incomplete. Coconut Grove is a fun neighborhood vibe in Miami with plenty of waterfront to walk and explore.
LAURA IS SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. SHE WAS SO ACCOMMODATING. Great asset to the Arya team making our stay for my family's wedding wonderful. Thank you Laura.
We booked ourselves into the Arya for a single night to work out a tricky international flight departure, arriving early the first day and not leaving until well after normal checkout time the next. Karen and the front desk crew were terrific, storing our bags, suggesting things to do while waiting for check-in, and simply making us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was excellent, too. Panning on making Arya a destination rather than a stop-over the next time we go there. Highly recommended!
