This hotel had better value than other hotels in the area at same the same level. The only negative was the breakfast is not what is advertized. There is construction noise comming from the street so recommend higher floors. Not the hotel's fault though.

Awesome Area. Coconut grove is very slept on. I like it a lot more than south beach and other spots in Miami. You’re about a 1-10 minute walk from everything in the area which is great cafes, lunch spots, fine dining restaurants, a bunch of bars with almost a nightclub vibe, theirs a bunch of spas and salons. The hotel itself was very nice. We got a high rise room, and the room was very modern and nice. The lobby smelled incredible but there were a few odd things. There was not daily housekeeping and we were never told otherwise. We were never brought new towels even after asking for them. The rooms were very dark (lack of light) which was tough during the day but nice at night. We also only had one tiny garbage can which was never taken/emptied so we had like target bags of garbage. No restaurant, no coffee area, not even water by the pool. In-room coffee maker didn’t work.
