The Balcony View by the swimming pool and was too much kids was too loud you can't even enjoy the view .and when I tried to change my room they said they can't do it. And was not cheap I pay $249 a night
An absolute nightmare on the AirBNB side . Was put in one room and then had to move to another the next day. It took 2 hours to checkin, room phone was broken, I received 4 towels and 1 wash rag and fruit flies were constantly coming out of the bathroom sink. The furniture is busted, pool needs a concrete overlay, the microwave didn’t spin when heating, and in a year since I was last here, the place fell apart. Beautiful views
Good, bad and the ugly, in that order. First the good. Location is fantastic. Walkable, safe and beautiful location with a park across the street and parking was included in our room. The room was affordable. The bad: rooms are clean (smelled like bleach), but small (NYC size small) and dated. Daily maid service, which I expect, was not included - and this was not communicated at check in. Ugly: wow, is the service terrible. Front desk supervisor Raul was very helpful with a complicated check-in process involving a large group with 5 rooms and a different and incorrect check in date on one of the reservations. The hotel itself is clean and in a spectacular location.
