The apartments are older with cheaper furnishings. Bathrooms are pretty poor, mold in shower, shower curtain ripped with no liner, shower head leaking badly, and towels are cheap and thin. Bedroom has no real plugs for charging bedside, and bed frame is way over sized for room. Our AC leaks condensate on the floor as well. Kitchen is nicely stocked and big with a nice living room setup and TV as well. If you are looking for a cheaper apt hotel it could be a good option.
Stayed one night in a corner room on the 7th floor. Pro: For the price, overall a really nice space. Very roomy, lots of natural light, comfortable furnishings. Full kitchen with decent-looking appliances. Seems like it could be suited to a longer-term stay. Everyone I encountered in the lobby was very friendly. Being a block off City Hall, it's in the middle of everything. But... Con: Cheap fixtures and poor pressure in the shower. Housekeeping pestered me to enter before checkout time. Convenient location and price point is good, but super loud as it’s next to the party area at night. So many cars revving at night and bars party until 2-3am. Sketchy to walk north of the hotel closer to market, but turning south out of the hotel was totally fine. The room itself was nice with lots of amenities for a convenient longer stay, just wish it had been quieter at night. They do offer earplugs in the rooms, which is nice given the situation.
I lobe Sonder and I tjinl tje rooms are wonderful. However, this sonder is located right next to a nightclub, and the music is extremely loud on weekends. The noise goes on late into the night, making it very difficult to sleep or relax. If you’re looking for rest, this is definitely not the right place.
