I think previous reviews for this property were for the Sonder extended stay, but this is a review for the apartments managed by Alterra Property Group. Be wary of this property group - scheduled a tour and confirmed it for 3pm today (got a confirmation email) and no one ever showed up. I called, emailed, and texted every number (both the leasing agent who confirmed the tour and the property number itself) given to me and no one responded. Great location and very clean as always with all amenities including a high chair. Pretty quiet too, which is great! 4th floor is actually 13th floor so very nice views. It's a bit rough around the edges since it used to be a granary but overall it was a great experience! We stayed in #409 which is the two bedroom. The main bedroom door was a bit painful to close which was out only issue.
Great room with private balcony and beautiful views. Theres a Starbucks and a liquor store right downstairs and a target across the street. The neighborhood was safe and quiet
Nice view. Planty of room. Easy access to museums.
Stunning views. Incredible place! Two big outdoor patio just for the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom loft. Just simply amazing!
