BEWARE....DO NOT STAY HERE IS YOU WANT TO SLEEP. THE NOISE FROM THE STREET, THE NOISE FROM THE RESTAURANT, AND THE NOISE FROM INSIDE THE BUILDING (BECAUSE THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN) WILL KEEP YOU UP ALL NIGHT. LOUD MOTORCYCLES, PARTYING OUTSIDE THE HOTEL TO 3AM IN THE MORNING, IS INSANE. WORST PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.
Do not try to check in early! Since there is no human concierge, checking in early requires you to call Sonder and I was on hold for 20 minutes standing outside the door waiting for them to unlock the door even though the room was already ready. Trying to be objective here, but this is a complete failure. There should be surplus of representatives to talk to especially around check in time.
Where to begin? First my friend and I get an email a day before we arrive (after having the reservation months in advance) they cannot give us the two beds we needed. Their solution? An "upgrade" to a king size single or we can cancel (their words). The room was sad. Small and not even a cot or couch. And since there's nobody working any service there other than security, none could be asked for. From loose light fixtures to a musty bathroom. I almost never bother leaving bad reviews? But this was something else.

Gorgeous hotel with modern rooms, but it’s only a coverup for everything wrong. The light flicker when you turn them on sometimes, the shower was leaking water all over the floor when only on for no more than 10 minutes, there was a stain on the bedsheets which just personally icks me out, scuff marks on the wall, and accessing the building was just straight up annoying. They make it super hard to get your code online so we called customer service- very nice lady but it took almost 10 minutes for her to get us into the build... read more
