I’ve stayed at several Sonder properties and this was by far the worst. While the location was really good and parking was available and convenient, the property was poorly maintained. The lobby is accessed by a digital code which did not work, so we entered from the garage. The lobby often had litter in the floor and the elevator war tattered with panels peeling off and dirty. The rooms were good. We had issues with the air conditioning. The AC would not cool the room properly during the morning and afternoon. Sonder chat was kind enough to send someone on the first day and the cooling was fine but it stopped and got hot again on the second morning. Another major problem we faced was that there was literally no front desk and the only support for literally anything is through the chat which is a little slow to get things done. Wir haben eine Suite gehabt für zwei Tage. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die kleine Küche war eindeutig ein Plus. Alles war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren etwas zu früh. Das Housekeeping bot uns an, das Gepäck schon mal in der Suite abzustellen. Sie waren sehr nett. Wir hatten am nächsten Tag ein Problem mit dem Türcode, das aber im Chat recht schnell gelöst werden konnte.
