We have stayed here a few times when it was still owned by Sonder and had a great experience, so despite change in ownership with Hightop LLC, we booked again…well, it’s gone quite a bit downhill. All of these good reviews have got to be when it was owned by Sonder because our stay this time around was very different. This place was amazing with a beautiful view. Everything was nice and clean. Easy access to get in.
Rooms were extremely clean and also very well managed.
The worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Do NOT book this property. I booked this aparthotel through Booking.com for a birthday celebration and left two days early due to unacceptable, unsafe, and unsanitary conditions. We are still waiting for a refund. The first unit had a broken freezer that ruined our groceries. The host offered another unit but delayed the move until morning, because they realized it hasn't been cleaned, but only after we asked.
