Parking is terrible they definitely need to give temporary parking passes or something. Pros of the terrible parking it allowed us to be active and out the hotel all day which is nice good thing the whether wasn’t bad Our floors were a bit dirty, the shower curtain had mold on it, and we’re usually provide paper towels when we stay at Sonder ovation (which is a better Sonder and location overall) the Edison did not supply us with paper towels. No front desk, so getting room access is a nightmare if anything goes wrong. “Tech support” is apathetic when your stuff is stuck inside. Caused some serious for us. Room itself is pretty nice- stocked for your stay with a few towels and soaps.
Clean and Comfortable Room, But Check-In Was a Nightmare We stayed at a Sonder property (2-bed, 2-bath with full kitchen on the 13th floor) while traveling with family. The good: the unit was clean, cozy, and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable, and the living space worked well for a family of four. Great location too—close to shops and local eateries. The apartment was exactly as described. We had no problem getting extra towels and pillows when we requested them. The location was great, very walkable and very nice area. We had easy access to Independence Square and all that it offers. My only issue was that the ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t make ice.
