That place all around exceeded my expectations!!! From dealing with their customer service via text or phone (because Expedia couldn't help me out) to the nearby grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, close to a metro line. The room itself was clean and cleaning staff was friendly.... If the price is right, I'll definitely stay at a Sonder again!!! GO BIRDS!!!

위치 ㄱㅊ한거같구 시설좋고 안에 세탁기 건조기있고 ㅅㆍㅣㅣㅈㆍㅣㅣ도 줘서 좋구 1층에 물있어요! 뜨거운물 정수 냉수 가능 방에 식기류 접시 컵 냄비 후라이팬 집게 등등 조리도구 다있고 소금후추설탕 티백 커피티백도 있어서 감동...! 스텝분 너무 친절하시고 좋은데 윗층에서 배관 터져서 화장실을 쓸수없었던..ㅎㅎㅎ 스텝분은 대처 잘해주시고 너무 좋은데 본사는 잘 모르겠어요 애매함 글구 방청소 안해줍니당 돈내구 신청해야해요! 글구 낮은층은 확실히 도로소음 심합니다 특히 코너방.. 가능하면 G0층으로 받으시길ㅎㅅㅎ 모든건 손더앱으로 얘기해야해요..
Extrêmement bruyant (le batiment est à l'angle d'un carrefour). L'isolation phonique avec la rue est inexistante. Nous avions l'impression de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes ! Accueil impersonnel, nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes le 2ème lit n'était même pas prêt. Nous n'avons croisé en 4 nuits aucun représentant. Cependant, appartement bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge) mais peu de vaisselle disponible Rooftop très sympathique, qui offre une très belle vue sur Philadelphie
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU PLAN TO SLEEP AT ALL. See attached videos (with sound on) - these are from the top floor, laying in bed! This is by far the worst noise I've ever experienced, coupled with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in a place of lodging. The website says, "You may hear noise from construction on the ground floor and from the central location." Apparently, this note completely absolved them of any responsibility to you as a customer.
