Would have loved to stay at the hotel, they canceled my reservation without notice OR refund (yet).
Cancelled my reservation for no reason and now there are no rooms in the area to book. No way to contact new management to rebook.

Cancelled my paid reservation with less than a weeks notice and told me the refund will take 7-10 days… I emailed to ask if they could honor the booking at another of their locations as hotels are now much more expensive and they said “I hope this email finds you well. Due to management decision, we decided to let go the property in Philadelphia, Sonder the Ovation. Horrible experience. My heater was broken in the apartment and they could not repair it with over three days of my stay. It was over 90 degrees three nights in a row. Marriott does not care about their guests, they do not care that you are working and training in surgery, they do not care that moving at 10:40 at night is not an option. They simply do not care and put profits over their guests. Beware and stay anywhere else but Marriott.
