When I checked in I was sent to a room that had hair in the sink, smelled terrible and had a bed that was clearly slept on. Nakyah was accommodating and quickly moved me into a different room. She was extremely friendly and ready to help. We walked into the living room together and it smelled better and looked cleaner. I left my room after dropping off my luggage. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience trying to resolve a simple reservation issue. I originally booked a Sonder stay through Booking.com and reached out well in advance to extend my stay by one night. A Sonder representative confirmed via text that I could add the extra night at the same rate - but despite spending over two hours on the phone, getting transferred between Sonder, Booking.com, and even Marriott, no one helped me complete the booking.
