Walking distance to ball field, 2 bedroom booked was clean, no complaints would stay here again..
So DC is confusing at best and I picked this place because it is walking distance to the Nationals Park where I was seeing a concert and within 2 miles of many monuments. There is limited street parking for the hotel and half of it is meters at 4.60 for 3 hours. The mattress was VERY FIRM. I thought it was a boxspring, but no it wasn't. The floors were dirty and sticky in spots. There is very little water pressure and it takes forever for the hot water. Firstly, it is not made clear that there is no guest parking. If you are not able to get one of the maybe 7 spots on the street you need to download an app to find parking 12 years away. We spent $200 on parking for 4 nights. The staff seemed like they did not want to even break the bad news of not having parking. There is a garage level in the hotel but not for guests. There is no parking for residents which sucks. Street parking cost $4.60 for 2 hours max. So you have to keep going to the meter every 2 hours. Gets expensive and time consuming. Still here for 3 more days might take the loss and go home early.
