Careful where you park your vehicle. The hotel assures you it's a safe place, yet a car got stolen from right infront. And no, it did not get towed. Idk too suspicious, maybe they are in it with whoever stole the vehicle.
We booked 8 rooms for a family wedding in DC. The rooms were under separate reservations; I'm sharing our group's experience. Our stay represented excellent value. Overall the rooms are very new, very clean and comfortable. The beds are firm but we had a very good sleep. Each room is different but the ones I saw, including ours, had a full kitchen including a dishwasher. There was plenty of space to spread out. 2/28/25 to 3/1/25. The sliding door from the bedroom to the bathroom had a broken latch that had to be wedged closed with a spoon. The door from the main living area to the bedroom simply does not close (hung crooked and never fixed, now splintering). The bathroom sink faucet is not attached, actually held in place by gravity. I recently stayed at the Wyndham dc location and was charged 2 security deposits my room fare was 213.35 and the security deposit was 250. Wyndham took 463.35 out of my account which seems to be the room fee plus the security deposit. Then the also charged my card an additional 250 so that’s a total of 713.35 for one night stay i need help to ensure my 500 dollars will be refunded. I should only have to wait for one security deposit not two I don’t want to get scammed out of my money can anyone help me. The stay was amazing ... read more
