I stayed in the Wyndham Reside Navy Yard on June 16, 2026. I selected the property primarily based on location to my work. When I arrived, with a lot of work related materials, I learned that the elevator was not working. Once I got in my room, only the combination lock worked, not the deadbolt. When I told the front desk clerk I needed a different room, she was beligerent and told me that the combination lock was enough. I requested a different room and she refused. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well organized and had everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation is definitely tricky but that’s not the fault of the location. Would highly recommend!
