First, staff was great! Good people and helpful with anything I needed. Second, it’s true, some rooms are across the street from the doggie day care and it’s constant noise but I didn’t mind. TV easily overcomes the noise too. I spent about 2 months there for work. Room was very pleasant and perfect for a long stay. Very comfortable.
While we ran into a few room and maintenance issues during our stay, the customer service here is exceptional. A huge thank you to the front desk staff on duty our first night who went above and beyond to help us switch rooms at such a late hour. Special recognition goes to the Assistant General Manager, Silvana, who followed up promptly on our feedback, took real accountability, and worked diligently to make things right. Our stay has been very enjoyable. Jamia helped us in ways we did not expect. She went over and beyond to accommodate us in every way even locating/suggesting transportion for us. Our apartment was nice and clean. Due to Jamia's personal assistance, we will definitely stay here again.
Came in for the RESTORE Conference at National Community Church Jordan welcomed us upon our arrival and ensured we knew where everything was and including where to park and local grocery. Thank you and good luck with school Jordan
Such a disappointment especially for a Wyndham property. This is NOT a hotel. It is an over priced low scale AirBnb. The " suite" is so small it qualifies as a tiny all in one closet ( thing NYC style). Check in did not go as promised, even the paperwork you sign isn't honored. No housekepping even though the paper says it is included if you stay 5+ days. The tv has No connection to the outside world (no cable, no antenna). Just a Roku. The area is a bit dicy.
