Clean, spacious aparment with great facilities (gym, pool)
Cancelled a booking I made in March (it’s now September) for a few weeks time. It’s the Austin F1 GP so they probably cancelled it to sell it again for more. Unbelievably shocking service - now I’m left scrambling to find the few remaining hotel rooms during the busiest weekend of the year. How can I trust Sonder again?
One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Absolute disaster of a checkin, no help at all on property and the "bed" was a sofa bed, with no indication of that. It was so dirty we left.
Booked my reservation a month and a half in advance for my 3 day 2 night stay in Austin. With just under 36 hours until my flight, they CANCELED my reservation due to OVERBOOKING. When I first called, I was on the phone for up to an hour trying to get an answer as to how this could happen. I was told their refund will get back to me well after my trip; so I’m down hundreds of dollars with nowhere to stay in Austin. Just canceled my reservation due to this property continualy multiple times a day attempting to charge my card long before checkin. I've never had a bad Marriott booking process, this one takes the cake though. This line out sorces the call center to so there is a language barrier. The issue wasnt the ammount its the fact that Marriott and Sonder policy dose not align.
