Canceled my stay after confirmation the day before the trip with no explanation. Terrible customer service, no direct lines to anyone in customer service
Great apartment in Philadelphia. The apartment is huge and it was spotless. Bedroom was huge too. Close to the metro and a nice walk to City Hall or to the Rocky steps at the Moma. Highly recommend Sonder.
Well designed and comfy loft spaces with easy access to street parking around the building. The space was bright, clean and quiet.
Great location, great and clean apartment. Only thing is parking and shower water pressure...besides those minor things will co.e back again.
