There is no management. The place is always dirty. Since we moved in back in July, the repairs we requested to be repaired hasn't been repaired yet. There are at least 2 families moving out each month. Biggest regret signing a 1 year lease for this overpriced place where they charge additionally for your own parking space.
Very clean interior and exterior. Units have nice, updated finishes and it is quiet.
When you call the number that is outside on the banner of the building you get a disconnected number. You go to the corporate website and you get a disconnected number for them. You are forced to walk in and when you do you have to make an appointment which is something that you could have done by calling the number.
