Good concept on paper. Poor execution. West Allis does not need more ~1000/mo Studio apartments. Who are these priced for exactly?
I wanted to share some honest feedback for the benefit of both potential renters and employees. Unfortunately, my experience with this property—and Mandel properties in general—was disappointing. The buildings are often cheaply constructed, and both residents and staff are left to deal with the consequences. There’s a lack of support, accountability, and follow-through that affects everyone involved. Fee City, USA!!! We toured here and there is a charge for everything, including $40-70/month for BUILDING OVERHEAD. They clearly want to drive down their "rent price" for the sake of advertising but it is a bait and switch with all the fees. $5/night for a guest to park, $300 commission for the leasing agent, $40/month for trash and sewer, plus no utilities covered. Scummy business practices overall.
