If you want the luxury of a hotel feel with free coffee, a larger gym, pool and instead of a bar in house it being right next to any restaurant, brewery or bar you want then this is the place for you. Yes this building is newer and the builders and design has some flaws but in Wisconsin with the lack of a Union for carpenters and how contractors hire I think they did a fabulous job. Looks nice on the outside
I have lived at SonaLofts from the very beginning. When I was ready to downsize they made the process very easy and it was a smooth transition. Kay and Alejandro are the best property management team I've ever worked with. They are responsive, respectful and always willing to assist. Maintenance is always timely and gets things fixed. My only real complaint is the fluctuations in rent, but that's Apt living.
Constant issues and difficulties getting ahold of the office to get anything done. I had a hole in the ceiling caused by water, that took weeks to get handled. Landscaping shattered my screen door, and this took a month to get fixed. And then weeks later another window was shattered. On move out they took every dollar of my security deposit for carpet cleaning. Constant awful service, fees, and living experience. The leasing people try, and are kind, but Mandel provides no opportunities for them to really do much of anything... read more
Good concept on paper. Poor execution. West Allis does not need more ~1000/mo Studio apartments. Who are these priced for exactly?
