I paid over $3,000 in advance for 2 separate procedures from Sona Med Spa. Each procedure is FDA approved, and I followed all pre and post instructions. I researched these two procedures long before the procedure, came into their office for a consultation where I was told repeatedly that I was the perfect candidate for each procedure. My CoolSculpting procedure was in April 2017, Venus Legacy was for 8 weekly sessions spanning from May 2017 to June 2017. Horrible customer service, middle and upper management are extremely unprofessional. Only out for the sale not what is best for the customer.

Disappointed Client Don't go to SONA. There are plenty of other spas in Brentwood/Nashville. AND don't waste your money on them. The manager, Kristi, was rude to my friend (which WAS a client there too), I had to wait for a long time for my appointment, and their *discounted* packages aren't worth it. They discount the packages but then jack up the prices!! They must be desperate since they are on the radio 24/7! Awful experience. Will never see them again! - Ash
