It's been a great privilege for me to have known Sona for years. Throughout that time, I've been amazed time and time again at her expertise, thoughtfulness, kindness, and sensitivity. She understands eating disorders and knows how to help those who are struggling with their relationship with food. She also has helped couples move from places of pain to deeper, lasting intimacy.
