Seriously? – My wife and I applied to a townhouse that was handled by Son-Rise. Their requirements for income was 3 times the amount of rent which my wife had covered on her own not including my income. They told us that they were going to require a co-signer because of lack of income. When I questioned them on this the person I was talking to started to become very short with me even though I was asking very simple questions. Low business standards, website doesn't match reality. – For five years, the rep didn't get property improved. Probably had little contact with owners. After moving, I read their website. Read it. From this renter's experience a prospective rental owner might think twice about hiring them. Problem: too many units and not enough employees. If a rep gets a phone request, they sometimes refuse to call back for weeks or not at all! A rep answered my email about 9 mos. late. Seems like running the business on a tight budget.
