Extremely disappointed! We received a quote from this service and when we called to schedule he was very slow to answer text or calls or did not reply at all. He finally scheduled an appointment with us this morning and never showed up! After that, it took him 2 hours to reply via text to tell us that he’s decided that he would not take the job. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Shout-out to Son-Light Electric in Russellville for coming early this morning to assess our air conditioning problem and running within an hour! They are the nicest father/son team and do wonderful work! If anyone needs electric or air conditioner work please look them up. You will be happy you did. We are cooled down here already and we are going to sleep so good tonight!!!! Thank you Son-Light for getting to us so quickly!
