I want to thank the tenants who have made the public aware of the serious issues with this property. Noise issues, barely any parking, bed bugs & no bathroom over the entire weekend? That's my issue currently. If I read a post with any of these negative issues I will not be looking at these properties to rent from . Ever!!!;
I’ve lived here all my life and since having the new owners Somerset has gone downhill in multiple ways . They no longer paint or clean outside the buildings for the prices we pay yearly per unit 19,500 and more , this is unacceptable, the washing machine prices have gone up , rent prices way up . MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE HERE , they don’t take your requests seriously it seems they have 1-4 maintenance men for the whole complex . I used to love Somerset but I don’t know if the new owners care to much to run things better
Old crappy and unfriendly
This is a wonderful place don't worry about the outside as long you keep your appartement nice and clean from the indide that's all matter because people have the right the right to say whatever they want because if those people don't say what is good or bad you will never be better so sofar Somerset grove is a wonderful and quite place to stay so my personel opinio about the somerset grove it's a nice place good naturel air all around each building appartement it is quite clean and i will give them as much time to getting b... read more
