I use to live at this place back in 2009 and I loved it. Never had an issue with the office, very quiet back then. That was my very first place of my own when I moved there for school. I want to thank the tenants who have made the public aware of the serious issues with this property. Noise issues, barely any parking, bed bugs & no bathroom over the entire weekend? That's my issue currently. If I read a post with any of these negative issues I will not be looking at these properties to rent from . Ever!!!;
I’ve lived here all my life and since having the new owners Somerset has gone downhill in multiple ways . They no longer paint or clean outside the buildings for the prices we pay yearly per unit 19,500 and more , this is unacceptable, the washing machine prices have gone up , rent prices way up . MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE HERE , they don’t take your requests seriously it seems they have 1-4 maintenance men for the whole complex . I used to love Somerset but I don’t know if the new owners care to much to run things better
