The ladies at the front desk where, friendly, jovial, accommodating and had the most welcoming smiles you could want to see. The restaurant personal service was fast, the food was great, the younger waitresses where very sweet, they worked in the evening. The older morning staff seemed a but grumpy, not very approachable. The rooms where clean and fresh! I would go back again and again!
Was very nice. Only issue was my dinner. Lack of communication on waitress part.
Great location and staff. Rooms nicely appointed. Near some excellent shopping, and easy access to downtown Birmingham
