Nice clean hotel, nice bar area with FANTASTIC prices. Very comfortable conference area with great lighting and sound. (Bathrooms are WAY to far from conference area) I was very pleased with my experience there, staff was very friendly and I would very much so stay there again...
I was there for a conference. Everything was great except for the food.
Booked a room due to power outages in metro Detroit. They drove up the rate and had NO heat. Instead of the staff offering an explanation, apology or a discount, the young ladies were extremely rude. I placed four calls to the property manager and absolutely no response. Extremely disappointing.
Room was clean, met our needs, and nice facility. The Crumpets restaurant was good
Great food nice rooms and great service can't wait to go back
