I have lived here for 10 years. It is Awful. If I could afford to live anywhere else, I would. The tenants are horrible and ruin everything in the building. 75% of all packages get stolen. The mail boxes get broken into. The ceiling and pillars in the garage are falling apart. The building is INFESTED WITH MICE. Nothing ever gets fixed. It's supposed to be a secure building, but the locks are constantly jammed open DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!
I like the idea that I don't have to worry about missing an email. They rarely send them.
Honest review. I just got all my deposit back so I’m happy. But we paid for professional cleaners & fixed a few things we messed up. It was a great place to live, no one bothered us and the rent is cheap. A one bedroom is large 835 sq ft. We could fit a king size bed, 2 nightstands in the bedroom & 2 dressers & a shelf. The bedroom has 2 closets his & her. And if you have way to many clothes, there’s 2 coat closets so one can fit your out of season clothes & one your coats. Theresa the property manger is extremely racist and rude DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOUR A PERSON OF COLOR!!!!!
Management is literally the worst, they won’t fix any issue, packages get stolen every time, not secure, manager is very rude
