Just took a tour of Somerset. Court. Was struck by the kindness and joyful attitude of the staff. Certain communities feel like a family atmosphere. Robin gave me the tour and was delightful. Ashley H. was especially friendly and it was evident that she cared for the older folks in her care.
The leaders of this community have worked there together for a long time and they put the residents at the top of the priority every day. Together they strive to provide amazing and compassionate care!
The staff treats the tenants like inmates in a prison. Then belligerently try to cover it up.
I was always taught if you can't say anything good then don't say anything at all...
This facility need closing down very rude workers, I have a family in there & their not getting the assistance like they should. No need to report something cause nothing ever gets done about it.
