If I could leave 0 stars I would. Johnny (John ******) is a condescending ***. He would talk over us and not let us ask him questions. He would raise his voice and start yelling then blame us. That is unprofessional and tried threatening to end the call if we don't "listen to him". We have recording of the conversation with Johnny and management could care less and won't do anything to help. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from any concord management they are not helpful.
After contacting ***************************** on April 8th,2020 and speaking with Gina several times regarding the approval process , Move In availability 5/1/2020 and items needed because of relocating to Florida February 26th,2020 . I applied to Central Landings in Palm Coast, I was told I qualified for the 60%. Did the application and all of a sudden say I qualify for 80%. They factored in income that I don't receive and they KNEW And can clearly see I don't receive that income. Why would you approve me for an 80% apartment based on income I don't receive? THIS PLACE HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. MY MOM WAS DUE TO MOVE INTO A NEW FACILITY IN MAY 2020. 2 WEEKS PROIR WE FOUND OUT SHE HAD CANCER. DUE TO HER CONDITION SHE WAS UNABLE TO MOVE AT THAT TIME. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN HER DEPOSIT/HOLDING FEE. WE HAD A DOCTORS NOTE BUT THEY DIDNT CARE. IM THANKFUL SHES ONLY OUT OF $350 AND NOT STUCK IN A LEASE WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH WE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This apartment complex conviced us from the beginning that we were in good hands and one of the 2 associates had a way with words and people. Unfortunately all of what they said and did was a complete scam. We put a deposit down on Jan 3rd and told an apartment would be ready in late feb. Just to be told.in feb ty hat it would be available in March and you guessed it in March then April.
