Great community
The HOA fees are low and compared to many communities you get a lot for what you pay for. Landscaping used to be shoddy but now that they have Luis Mesa at the helm, he actually cares and my wife and I have no complaints. The management company has been responsive as well as all HOA members. We think the location, all the amenities, pool, tennis , golf, bocce, fitness center, restaurant, all make it a special community. I clean pools in the Plantation. I see a lot of homes, and meet and work with lots of residents. It is a beautiful and well maintained community. Plenty of great people! A wonderful choice if your looking for a place to live.
