I was one of the first residents at The Shelby when I moved in almost five years ago. Back then, I was a college kid with no neighbors and little idea of how to live in a multi-family building. We have the best concierge staff. Period. Betrick is always sunny, kind, professional, helpful, and knows everyone’s name and is fun to share words with. She always sends packages right up, or brings them herself. She opens the door, always, when my hands are full or when we go on holiday or come home with suitcases. Marilyn Weinberger (2400 Thomas Community) SAVED the DAY by coming to my rescue in a last minute time crunch!! The night before our closing, she expedited(and worked after hours) to complete an HOA questionnaire for me that I had failed to order. I thought we were going to have to extend our closing date, but we were still able to close on time. This would NOT have happened had it not been for Marilyn and her willingness to help me out!! I cannot say Thank You enough!!!!!!! You have a great asset with this employee.
