Wow. So here's the unprofessional response I received when I left the community after having SEVERAL roach problems. See the photos. They'll tell you all you need to know. What makes it worse is that after they failed to resolve the roach issue I had for well over a year in my unit they are trying to charge me $300 for a microwave that had a crack at the bottom. Do not plan on having guests over, they will have no where to park and you won’t either. Or you can pay $100 a month for a garage your car will barley fit into and may not be right by your apartment. Do not plan on sleeping past 7 AM! It is everything but quiet. It is always a work zone! Dumpsters being emptied right outside of your bed room window, workers outside drilling, sawing, shouting etc. windows let in every noise. Don't move here! office staff doesn't communicate and never returns emails or calls when they say they will. maintenance staff is lazy and unorganized. always something breaking down. I've had leak after leak and not to mention mold. Then when they do come to "fix" a problem they leave a mess or just to a patch job because they really don't know what they are doing. Staff is rude and just all over the place.... don't live here rent elsewhere.

I have stayed in these apartments for 20 months. About a year ago I reported the bathroom faucet leaking. Months later after many repairs that did not fix the issue, they replaced the manifold. That was last Thursday. 5 days later they haven’t patched the hole.The apartments are cheaply made.
