I loved going here since they opened. Always had excellent customer service and did a great job. When they changed owners this past January they certainly went down hill. I had a bad experience a few months ago and assumed since it was still cold out and toward the end of the day, the workers were just tired. Went back today and had not one, not two, but three people cleaning my car after it came out of the automatic wash. Went there earlier today, a friend of mine uses my car for landscaping and and I paid top dollar for the most expensive car wash and because the vaccuming would’ve taken a long time. They refused to do it the right way and the manager came over to me and demanded that I’m not allowed to complain if it wasn’t 100% but they just didn’t wanna do the work!!! Never going back even the girl at the register said it’s not fair.

Husband took our truck there today and what a waste of money. Seats still have crumbs on them, dirt still on dashboard (he came home and Armor All’d it himself),not vacuumed properly. Disgusting. I will never go back there. I might as well have saved my money and left my car the way it was because it honestly looks like it was never cleaned.

When they first opened they were great. They ALWAYS don’t clean the cup holder and I have to make them do it while I watch. Today it took 15 minutes to get up to the vacuum area and there were only two cars in front of me. It was like slow motion. It took a half hour with only Two cars ahead of me. What a waste of time. I’ve given them so many chances but I’m done. No more on line coupons either anymore, $20 for a sub par car wash!
