Just went to the car wash today, Monday, September 21, 2020 and got their "Mack Daddy" deal and spent $48.83 including tax. When I got back home, I looked around the inside and noticed there were still crumbs on the seats. Normally I would let it go and touch up the inside myself because I do understand that it is a simple car wash and not a full detailing service. Mario guy was very nasty when I asked about the packages because I wanted a detailed wash then he got annoyed and walked away I had to tell woman at counter inside what I wanted because Mario couldn’t be bothered.Woman at counter was very nice,I went outside to get my car they said it’s done ,still very dirty My tires were very dirty still had a guy clean them again and they looked better Very unhappy with the way I was treated by Mario and then my car not being very clean after paying as much as I did
Believe all the bad reviews! What a waste of time and money! I waited 40 minutes and they did a horrible job! Exterior left with lots of bug marks and the windows were streaky.
I gave this place a second chance after the first time I went there they were severely understaffed and I waited over an hour for my car. Today I just left after getting my “car washed” and entered my vehicle to what looks to be exactly the same on the inside as when I got out. Not worth paying for a car wash and waiting 45 minutes for my car to be “clean”. I could’ve done a better job myself. This place sucks I’ll never go back.
Women broke my interior door handle when cleaning it and the place has been bad about apologizing and fixing it

Paid for a month of unlimited car washes at the patchogue location. No one told me that they would continue to charge my card every month after that. I was charged for an additional 14 months that I didnt get a single car wash. I've been trying to contact a manager at the patchogue location for over a month now and calling at least 3 times a week. A manager is never available and no one has returned a single call of mine. Can't believe businesses like this still exist
