Cup holders not wiped at all, glass of the sunroof on my truck not wiped once from how it was brought in, may not be a big deal in a coupe but a not cleaned panoramic roof shows, and not wiped wheels, still with dirt on them. Just disappointing.
Drove up to the entrance on a Sunday at 4:47 pm exactly and there were barricades to the entrance; doesn't the website say 6 pm close on Sundays??? Also nobody was answering the phone. If the close is 5 pm please update your website. There were also other cars slowing up apparently to enter, and seemed confused. If the staff needs time to close up shop, then the real close time should be posted, or a "last call".
Horrible Owners, will not be bringing any of my cars back here. Terrible terrible job. I was a long time customer for years... No longer. You have to constantly tell them what they forgot to do and your the one paying. Please take your business elsewhere. I also saw there workers rip a wiper from the back of someones car. And the worker tried to fix it but made it worse. If you don't receive the full service, you shouldn't pay the full price!
Best carwash ever! They do a great job inside & out! Every time I visit my daughter, ( I live in Pa.) I get my car washed before heading home!
Staff is top notch. Always satisfied with their work. It's the only car wash I go to.
