I lost 2 packages from amazon! They put my package on the ground of entrance in my apartment building without any notification.😞😞😞😞😞😞
This apartment building is absolutely RIDICULOUS please don’t rent there! There are homeless inside EVERY DAY! They never do anything about it! It is super dangerous! I’ve got my bike stolen twice and no one from soma did anything! I had to call the police 3 times in one month to remove homeless because staff from soma are USELESS! My packages were “missing” twice in that mail office, even that package required my signature. The office “sign” all the packages and left it open for everyone to pick up, yes, everyone. You suppose to provide ur ID and info, so the staff member will hand you the package, but most of the time they are too busy to do that. I had seen people walking in and out at the mail office without provide any info, or they just pick up whatever package they want. Our bicycles have not only been stolen once from inside our locked bike room, inside our locked apartment building, inside the locked apartment complex, but TWICE!! The front office has not been helpful at all from the first time around. I am beginning to think this complex is no longer safe if someone is able to walk in and walk out that easily with bikes that had bike locks on them.
They run hard credit inquiry on you every time your housemate changes. How can i be responsible for my housemate ? S/he is bringing new person into his place in the existent lease, but they still run hard credit inquiries on all tenants. Based on Transuinon credit score graph, it damaged my credit score -15 points for the first run.
Great for the pool and Fitness Center. - is that there is no A/C
Great location and awesome vibes! Beautiful court yard and spacious apartments. Within walking distance of most local attractions, also a great place to grab an Uber or Lyft (etc). Really love the way it has been designed-- PLUS! A wine and liquor store with snacks (including gluten free) is right below it.
