Went there to get a wisdom tooth extracted but was told they could not perform the procedure. They then tried to upsell and told me I “urgently” needed a “deep cleaning” because the “bacteria that forms on the tooth is very dangerous”. I smelled what was coming from a mile away at this point. They quoted me a ridiculous amount for the deep cleaning and referred me to another incompetent oral surgeon(birds of a feather flock together apparently). I made an appointment over 3 months ago just to get a call a week before my already made appointment that I would have to reschedule. The receptionist was quickly aggravated with the fact that I had questions as to why and gave a nonchalant attitude. I am looking for another dentist. This is not my first problem with Soma and Big Dentistry and I am not willing to stay any longer to see if anything else comes up.
