I waited over 3 hours for an emergency tooth extraction. After I finally got into an office, I was given Novocain, but then left alone until after it wore off and told I would have to pay extra to be given more. I felt my entire procedure and screamed in pain. I paid for everything on my visit, including my follow up. I went back for my follow up and they tried to charge me again.
