Last week, I visited the store close to closing time because I wanted to buy a pajama set. However, two middle-aged women working in the store were extremely rude. They didn’t offer any help at all. Don’t waste your time. Staff of three just stand behind counter at register and chat; oblivious to customers. If sales are off management might rethink their hiring requirements. They lost a substantial sale today.
This post is not for this particular store. This is for Soma intimates Corp. and how they treat somebody that has purchased something defective. ...you don't realize something is defective until after you have worn it and washed it ( in a special lingerie bag purchased from them)and worn it again and it starts to fall apart .. their policy is they don't take any returns unless they have the tags on them and they're unwashed. how do you know if something is defective unless you use it???I know that I decided to use Soma becau... read more
