I’m highly disappointed came in on 7/9 at around 640p and the customer service was awful!! Not one associate spoke to me there was an older lady with a tablet she walked right past me a few times which was odd. I won’t be shopping with Soma ever !! This was the last straw. I’d rather buy from their competitors. It’s sad because I was willing to spend some money and wanted to get a few last-minute items I saw online for my upcoming vacation. I think they need retraining perhaps on how to engage with people because I went to V... read more

I have not ever felt so judged and insecure as as did Saturday when I went here. There was a young girl and an elderly lady working. I asked to be sizes and the younger lady did it. I felt that the size she gave me might be incorrect due to her approach. I asked the the elderly lady if she would mind rechecking. And her response was “why didn’t you just get measured”.
