This was my first time here and I never expected this level of care! Every employee that walked by checked on me and Kristi was so patient with me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She took the time to grab whatever I needed and I really appreciated the honest feedback. She helped my confidence without realizing it and Barbara! Every place needs a Barbara! I work at a dr office that gives us an allowance for scrubs from time to time. I went recently to pick out some scrubs from this allowance. It was really busy yet that didn't stop the staff from acting kind & professional. They apologized for the wait which they didn't have to do & took care of all the needs I had. I have been here twice, and both times have been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and there are complimentary snacks (and popcorn!). Kristi went above and beyond to ensure we could get the exact items my wife was looking for. I reccomend shopping here if you are looking for scrubs or compression socks!
This is the best scrub shop in Huntsville but the service is what makes it outstanding. I made a mistake getting my scrub tops monogrammed and Myrtis and Brandon were quick to help. They offered to fix it and waived the embroidery fee even though it was my fault. Myrtis even worked on my tops in one day so I would have them in time for work. The people at Parkway Scrubs are great and I highly recommend this place to anyone.
I went in to replace all my scrub except 2 I bought a couple months ago. I have had a 70 lb weight loss and everything i have is too big. The sales associate that helped made many trips to the racks, made lots of suggestions and was WONDERFUL! Thanks
