I’ve been to Parkway scrubs twice in the last six months and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. There is an employee there named Barbara and she is just fantastic. She makes my shopping experience there very pleasant and easy to shop. She makes it a point to bring all of my scrubs to me as I try them on. She’s very attentive and makes sure I get the right size every time. I will be back soon. Thanks, Barbara!
First off, I want to say that Parkway has a great selection of scrubs and accessories, at decent prices... However, my complaint is the staff, and Im sure they were trained to be aggressive to get a sale... I was asked when I first got there if I needed help, I politely said, "no I'm just looking", which means, if I need help I will ask... I tried to shop in peace... Love this store a lot!!! The people are very helpful and very very friendly. I just wanna get a cup of coffee and sit and chill with the staff all day. Which by the way coffee and drinks are free. Shiny and very clean dressing rooms. I will go back just to see the staff and buy a few scrub outfits while I’m there too lol. Thank you Parkway Scrubs for my wonderful experience today!
Montez was spectacular! She went above and beyond helping me with my very specific needs and color scheme. She deserves a raise!
Just hired at HH. Came in today to find things I need and Kristi helped me. She was absolutely amazing and assisted me like we were besties. She’s great at her job & extremely knowledgeable of what the store offers and best for people’s needs. EVERYONE in the store was great! So friendly and super helpful.
