I began the return process by requesting a return shipping label. My request was denied. Apparently, buried on their website is a 3 day return policy. I actually made sure I requested the return within the 3 days policy. I immediately contacted representatives at Terry Costa and was told that I should have read their return policy, which was on their return and exchange page before completing my order. We went Prom Dress shopping on 1/27, Saturday, and it was packed. The line to try on dresses was so long and when it was my daughter's turn to try on dresses we had Macie help us. She was wonderful, we were there for awhile and Macie was such a huge help! My daughter tried on lots of dresses and Macie was so patient, gave us great suggestions and never once acted aggravated. She made my daughter feel like she was her only customer. My daughter found the perfect dress thanks to Macie!!
So kind and helpful worked her tail off getting the dresses for my granddaughter !!
