First and last time in rehab. This was something that I have needed to do for myself for over 6 years, after 20+ years of use and abuse. I tried on my own time and time again but it never stuck. people really do care and are very helpful. when you go to then with a problem they work hard to help you resolve it and the morning groups with your therapist are absolutely great
