horrible place. took 4 adults 4 hours to clean my place BEFORE we could move in even after they "fixed it". small claims ciurt has photos that should be public info. poor property upkeep, poor response from property managers. also, is it a coincidence that my (and others) Yelp reviews disappeared? be warned
Beth our new property manager is very friendly and very helpful a welcome addition, gets notices to us at The Rush when there are issues and returns emails very quickly when we have problems.

This property management is the best I have rented from. Currently one of my restaurants are on their property, and it is a wonderful location. The company is very reassuring, and has helped my restaurant with all of our problems, whether big or small! I really appreciate what Solutions Property Management has done for my business.

RecommendedBeth is our property manager for our space at The Original Pancake House and is always right on top of things! She keeps the place clean and takes care of any issues we have in a timely manner! Love her!!

great place to live! I've been here since july and i love it! quiet neighborhood and the office manager is great! I also love the floor plans for all the units! if you are looking for a new apartment to live at i recommend sunset villas!
