Purchased a flowzone Cyclone 2.5 from this store. After waiting for 2.5 weeks with no emails of shipping confirmation, we then contacted them and was told, none of their advertised online prodicts are available and - were back order! George was a jerk. His unwillingness attitude to assist to solve the problem. When we asked for a refund, he said that it will take about 2-3 weeks to get a refund. Stay away from this company at all cost!

I am very happy with this company, with both price and customer service. Was delivered sooner than expected and when Fedex said they had delivered (and had not ) customer service was right on it. I will be using them for my herbicide needs.
