my neighbour hired this 'civil engineer' to back her opinion that I am responsible for the repair of her wonky retaining wall and dangerously failing brick fence on top. He made such ridiculous comments during his site visit that I checked his website and found more holes in his pretentious credentials than holes in the retaining wall. No, I would not recommend him engineering a dog kennel let alone something bigger.
