Oscar is fantastic! I've been using him for years now and referred him to several of my neighbors who also love him. He is always prompt and on time. Very easy to talk to and will take the extra time to treat the stained areas. My most recent cleaning was well overdue. My stairs were an absolute disaster. I have horrible, old white carpet that stains if you so much as look at it, and two cats who are happy to puke on it if they're hungry, full, or just plain bored. I do the best I can with a handheld carpet shampooer, but the stains always come back. Oscar has come out and cleaned my three times in the last two years -- every single time I get friends and neighbors complimenting me on my "new" carpet. He's always quick, professional, and does a great job at a reasonable price! Highly recommended.

The technician Oscar came to my house. Oscar cleaned my carpet he was fast and professional ,also showed up on time. One thing I really liked that he didn't try to nickel and dime me with"deep cleaning" services other companies, Oscar explained that it's just the amount of effort and amount of diluted soap they use. Overall great price great service and my carpet looks awesome. I would totally recommend Solution Carpet Cleaning, will for sure call them again .
