First of all, NEVER met the lawyer. secondly, I got another person involved with my case. It took them 5-6 months to give me an answer on taking my case. I am upset and will NOT be recommending this lawyer to any friends or family. The customer service is bad. I have to call every time for the past 6 months. Last time it took them 2-3 months to get back, but never did. I always had to call. Overall they did help me with my car accident, but they need to be more organize in the office.
