Awesome experience, I purchased the truck from Kristina and she was great. I had an issue with the radio in the truck after purchasing and General Manager Greg Solomon told me that they would make it right. Greg agreed for me to go to my local Ram dealer due to me being a 2.5 hour drive from Solomon Ford. I took the truck to my local dealer 2 times for diagnosis and they determined that the radio was losing power and needed to be replaced. This dealership was a nightmare to deal with. After sending in my credit app and being approved for the vehicle I wanted. I was informed that they would not hold it for me til the next morning even though I lived out of state. They sold the vehicle out from underneath me that evening.
Dealership was great! Contacted me fast and were willing to listen and work with me to get a great deal.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with by far. They had me send in a finance form and I called every day for 5 days straight and every time I talked to them they told me they are going to send it to the bank to find out and they never did. They continuously told me that they would call me back and it has been 2 weeks. Straight garbage.

Worth the drive of almost 200 Miles to get a great deal on car. Anthony was great salesperson . Answered all our questions. Overall great experience.
