I am happy to say that my experience with the dealership and our Sales Consultant, Casper, was pleasant. The building was clean, our interactions were respectful, and the process was efficient. I had a pre-approval from USAA with a great rate, but the dealership was able to match the USAA loan offer exactly – same rate and same monthly payment. So, I used their bank and got the car. Awesome experience
Would never buy a car here. Offered an outrageous high apr, while I have a high credit score. When I questioned charges on the offer I was brushed off and was told I must pay the up charges. All this amounted to a significant large finale OTD price that was down right insulting. Hoping I wouldn’t have the foresight to run the numbers myself. They have a price on the vehicle and there are a lot of conditions that you have to meet to get that price. Just wanted a cash deal, didn't want to play Wheel of Fortune.

Great dealership
Contacted twice through cargurus and via listed text number with no reply. It required a direct phone call. There was no negotiation on the price. There was no holding the car even with a deposit, They refused to ship a used car and would not even pick me up at the airport. This soured the experience. In the next message I called with pre approved financing ready to check out and then they told me someone else is coming to pick it up.
