Keep in mind that all the “good” reviews for this company are from landlords and homebuyers, not tenants who rent. This realty has given every tenant in 1005 n 6th st building something bad to say about them. In apartment 4 the attic is not insulated, but Sean and others have tried to gaslight me all winter to avoid repairs (temperature inside would drop to 23 degrees fahrenheit). As someone who has rented apartments in Philadelphia for the entirety of my adult life, my tenure with Solo Realty stands out as the most challenging and frustrating by far... Communication was consistently lacking, with calls, emails, and voicemails routinely going unanswered or leading to confusion when transferred between confused and unprofessional staff members. I truly could not say enough good things about Solo Reality. As a renter, this is the only time I have felt that I was treated with dignity. Solo was the landlord for my apartment in West Philly for 6 months before it was transferred to a new company. In the time that Solo managed the property, my experience was amazing. They were timely, responsive, and human. When I found out they were no longer managing the property, I was devastated.
