Keep in mind that all the “good” reviews for this company are from landlords and homebuyers, not tenants who rent. This realty has given every tenant in 1005 n 6th st building something bad to say about them. In apartment 4 the attic is not insulated, but Sean and others have tried to gaslight me all winter to avoid repairs (temperature inside would drop to 23 degrees fahrenheit).
