Terrible service! I have given every opportunity to to this company to fix my washer via warranty throughout whirlpool. They have made two different attempts at repair and the washer is still broken. I'm only given same day notice of a service appointment and when I TRY to make that work it still is one excuse after another. When I call I'm always greeted with a rude response to my question. Formal complaint filed with attorney generals office, bbb if they are even a member and I will share on social media and google why not... read more
Our fridge stopped working, so we called Soll's Appliance Repair. I was very impressed with the service we received. The new owner, David Mills, came out and was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately our fridge is shot, but he gave suggestions on good replacements. We will definitely use them again!
